¼ cup plus 3 tablespoons of water
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1 16-ounce brick firm, organic, non-GMO tofu
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 teaspoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
¼ teaspoon turmeric
2 cups potatoes, diced small
1 ½ cups carrots, diced small
½ onion, chopped
1 ½ cups frozen peas
1 ½ cups chopped onions
½ cup chopped pepper
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons cold-pressed oil

3 tablespoons organic whole wheat flour
2 cups rinsed brown rice, uncooked
½ chopped onion

½ green bell pepper, diced
2 cups cooked beans (navy, great northern, lentils, etc.)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon basil or Italian seasoning
