Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients:

This delightful recipe has three parts to it: pudding, filling, and optional maple cream!
3 cups white grape juice
1 cup raw couscous

4 cups frozen spinach
2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 cups (1 pound) organic, organic, non-GMO firm tofu
3 cups finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons diced pimento
2 tablespoons finely-chopped red onion
You may wonder how cornbread without oil can be good, but this is a crowd pleaser!

Providing a good amount of magnesium, phosphorus, protein, fiber, and anti-oxidants, millet is certainly nutritious! Studies indicate that millet actually targets diabetes and inflammation.
1 cup cooked garbanzo beans (if unsalted, add ¼ teaspoon salt. If canned, save the liquid to use in place of the water listed below.)
¼ cup tahini or toasted sesame seeds (toast in dry skillet on medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or on a baking sheet in the oven at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes.)
