Ingredients:

1/4 cup cornstarch dissolved with 1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dry yeast
6 cups organic rolled oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup coconut
1 teaspoon salt
20-ounce can crushed pineapple in juice
3 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sliced lemon rind or ½ teaspoon lemon extract
½ cup rinsed, raw cashews
