Programs

What is the difference between the programs?

At Wildwood, we offer both medical and non-medical wellness programs to meet your specific health and lifestyle goals.

Medical Programs

Our medical programs are designed for guests who are facing a specific health condition or disease and are seeking structured support to begin the healing process. These programs include:

  • Visits with a provider

  • A personalized care plan tailored to your health needs

  • Therapies, classes, and support focused on recovery and long-term wellness

This option is best for those who want to address chronic lifestyle-related conditions with the support of experienced health professionals.

Non-Medical Programs

Our non-medical programs are designed for guests who may not have a current health crisis but want to learn, experience, and live a healthier lifestyle. We offer three non-medical options:

1-Day Visit
Experience a full day at Wildwood, including a hydrotherapy treatment, a plant-based meal, and a taste of the lifestyle we teach and live.

Residential Stay (Short-Term)
Stay for as little as 4 nights and immerse yourself in the Wildwood environment. Enjoy restful accommodations, simple natural therapies, nutritious meals, and wellness education.
