Delicious No Oil Creamy Cucumber Dressing

Ingredients:

½ cup raw cashews

1/3 cup diced cucumber

¼- ½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon garlic powder or to taste

¼ teaspoon of onion powder or to taste

1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice (or 2 tablespoons for more “lemony” taste)

1 tablespoon of sweetener if desired.

Directions:

Blend all until creamy.

Store in glass in the refrigerator.
