Homemade Muesli

Ingredients:

2¼ c granola or dextrinized rolled flakes of choice (oats, barley, or quinoa flakes)

2 c chopped apples or dried apple pieces

2 c fruit juice of choice

¼ c chopped nuts

¼ c chopped dried fruit or raisins

¼ berries to top the muesli off

Directions:

If you use cereal flakes, spread them evenly on a baking sheet into a preheated oven and bake for 350 F. for a few minutes. This improves digestibility.

Combine all ingredients, cover, and let soak for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator before serving.

Add berries and non-dairy milk before eating.
