1 1/8 cup organic whole wheat pastry
1/3 cup of oat flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup light cold-pressed olive oil
1/2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
In medium bowl, mix 1 1/8 cup whole wheat pastry flour, 1/3 cup oat flour, and ¼ tsp salt.
Add ¼ cup light olive oil, ½ cup cold water, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Stir until mixed well.
With your hands, press dough into a small ball. Place ball between two sheets of waxed paper. Dampen your work surface under the waxed paper to prevent dough from slipping, and roll it out.
Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes (15 minutes for tarts).
