Ingredients:
¼ cup quick or rolled oats
¼ cashew nuts
1 cup water
½ cup cooked carrots or tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons yeast flakes
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Lightly boil in a saucepan until thickened. Stir for about five minutes.
Use on vegetables or crackers, or as a vegetable dip.
