Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 T cold-pressed olive oil
1 T parsley flakes
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
2 T onion powder,
2 tsp chicken-like seasoning
3 T Bragg’s amino acids
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 T honey
1 T fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Sep1: Bring the following ingredients to boil: 4 cups water, 2 T cold-pressed olive oil, 1 T parsley flakes, 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 T onion powder, 2 tsp of chicken-like seasoning, and 3 T Bragg Liquid Amino.
Step 2: Turn off the heat and stir in 1 pound of Soy Curls, 2 T honey, 1 T fresh lemon juice, and 2 cloves garlic, minced.
Step 3: Stir in the remaining seasonings and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain off the excess liquid.
Stress 4: Option. You can bake the Soy Curls until the liquid is evaporated. This will intensify the favor of the curls and increase their chewy texture.
