½ cup raw cashews
1/3 cup diced cucumber
¼- ½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
¼ teaspoon of onion powder or to taste
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice (or 2 tablespoons for more “lemony” taste)
1 tablespoon of sweetener if desired.
Blend all until creamy.
Store in glass in refrigerator.
