Ingredients
3 cups cold water
¼ cup unfermented soy sauce or Bragg’s amino acids.
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons yeast flakes
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon cold-pressed oil (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except oil in a medium saucepan. Whisk until combined.
Heat on medium heat, whisking constantly until gravy thickens and comes to a boil. Cook for two minutes longer, whisking constantly to fully cook the cornstarch.
Remove from heat. Stir in the optional oil if desired. Serve and enjoy.
