Ingredients:
¼ cup quick or rolled oats
¼ cashew nuts
1-cup water
½ cup cooked carrots or tomatoes
1-teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
½-teaspoon garlic powder
1-tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons yeast flakes
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Lightly boil in saucepan until thickened. Stir for about five minutes.
Use on vegetables or crackers, as a vegetable dip in a casserole.
