Tofu Sour Cream
1 lb. organic soft tofu
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
Process all ingredients in a blender until very smooth. Add a little water for blending, if necessary.
Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container.
Yields 2 cups or 32 servings of 1 tablespoon each.
