1 ¼ cups dried cranberries
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
2 medjool dates
Pinch sea salt
Soak 1 cup of the cranberries in the orange juice for at least one hour. Dice the remaining cranberries and set aside. Blend soaked cranberries along with remaining ingredients (not the diced cranberries) until chunky. Place in a bowl and stir in the diced cranberries. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
