3 cups organic quick oats
2 cups unbleached or organic whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons organic sugar (opt.)
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup cold-pressed vegetable oil
2 teaspoons lecithin (opt.)
1 cup water
Beat or blend liquid ingredients and pour over dry ingredients.
Mix and roll thin on two large cookie sheets to the edges of sheet.
If it is difficult to roll out the dough try turning the cookie sheet over and use that side to roll out dough.
Sprinkle salt on top of crackers and cut to size you want.
Bake at 300 – 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 -35 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
