Ingredients:
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds or cashews
1/3 c water
12.3 oz. organic, non-GMO extra-firm tofu
2 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder or 2 fresh cloves
Directions:
Process all ingredients in blender until smooth. Keep refrigerated in airtight container (glass jar is best).
