PISTACHIO-ALMOND DRESSING

You will enjoy this oil-free dressing!  Almonds improve blood sugar control in individuals who have diabetes. Pistachios improve the ability of the arteries to dilate. One tablespoon would be a serving size. This recipe requires a strong blender.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of pistachios
• 1 cup of almonds
• 2 cup of water
• 3 Tbsp of lemon juice
• 3 tsp of onion powder
• 2 tsp of parsley
• 2 tsp of salt

Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
