4 cups water

1 cup tapioca pearls

3 cups grape juice

1 cup red grapes

1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained

Non-dairy yogurt


Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.

Sprinkle in the tapioca pearls, mix well, and let it cook, stirring occasionally till the pearls are totally transparent.

In another pot, put the juice and the fruits, and let it boil for 5 minutes.

Add the pearls to the juice; mix well.

To serve, stir yogurt and add it to the soup.
